All the Deets:
The Optimal Arousal Blueprint (OAB) is so much more than a course!
This comprehensive program is designed to help you both learn the concepts AND implement them in practice.Â
Inside, I’ve combined detailed, self-study lessons with on-going coaching support, so that you get both the guidance and the feedback you need to get the results you want.Â
BONUS: When you join OAB now, you get access to both the content AND the coaching support FOR LIFE (the life of the program). Not just for a few weeks.Â
After teaching classes in a 6-week format for years, I realized that a different format is needed. Long-term access to guided support is what makes this program unique!
And when you join now, that long-term = life-time!
NOTE: I may change how long future students have access, but when you buy today, you will have access to the whole program, including all updates and available coaching support, for the life of the program.
What's Inside?
Inside OAB, you’ll discover WHY you’re struggling with over-arousal problems, and how to refocus all that energy into Optimal Arousal for Optimal Performance.
You’ll learn how to build confidence, resilience, and optimism. At BOTH ends of the leash. In both training and trialing.Â
Together, we’ll break the steps down, evaluate understanding, build clear communication, and master confidence.Â
And, through this process, you’ll build a consistent sense of calm, curiosity, capability, and joy–again (and always!) at BOTH ends of the leash!Â
(You’ll discover as you work with me just how critical it is to focus on both ends of the leash when working with over-arousal. So you’ll hear me say this, over and over!)
Program Content and Structure

The Training Portal:
This is where you have instant access to an extensive library of self-paced written and video lessons, masterclasses, and coaching call replays.Â
The portal is set up in Kajabi, which is a very reliable, easy to navigate platform.

The OAB Community:
This is where the rubber meets the road! Inside our private, dedicated community area, you can ask questions, submit videos, and get ongoing coaching feedback from myself and my team of experienced and supportive coaches.Â
No limit on time, questions, or number of dogs.
BONUS: the OAB community is NOT on Facebook! We use Circle.
(This was a very intentional decision because Facebook eats your brain.)

OAB Private Podcast:
If you’re like me, you want to spend less time in front of a screen, not more.Â
So! OAB has a private podcast option for the growing library of coaching call replays. This way, you can listen on-the-go!
Monthly Live Coaching Calls
For live, real-time support, we host monthly Coaching + Q&A calls on Zoom.
These are held on Wednesdays at either 12pmET or 7pmET.Â
All calls are recorded, and placed both inside the video portal area and on the podcast.
If you can’t make the live calls, you may submit your questions in advance and listen to my answer on the replay.
Some months will have more calls! In addition to regular coaching calls, we will have guest speakers joining us on a regular basis! Again, all recorded and added to the portal and podcast if you can’t join us live.
Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone struggling with over-arousal in training or competing with dogs, for sport or work. This includes:
- Dogs who stress “high” (barking, lunging, biting, zooming, visiting, etc.)
- Dogs who stress “low” (sniffing, going slow, disconnecting, quitting, etc.)
- Any combination or permutation of the above!
If your dog struggles to perform in sport or work because of Big Feelings, THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU.
Who is this program NOT for?
This program is focused on dogs (and humans) who struggle with arousal challenges in training and competition.
While the material will likely also be very helpful for general behaviour issues, and you do not need to be actively involved in dog sports to join, please note that the focus of this program is on dog sports and working dogs.
The program is NOT designed for dangerously reactive dogs that may cause serious harm to other dogs or humans. Please seek a professional behaviourist if this is your challenge!
NOTE: If you’re not sure whether this program is a fit for you and your dog, simply drop me a note at [email protected] and let’s talk!
